How We Can Help

Brightpoint Health offers a broad range of medical treatment and prevention services for adults and children with limited access to health care, as well as those who have not had the quality of care or the comprehensive care management that they need.

When you come to Brightpoint, you’ll immediately feel that you’re in a truly caring environment. We’ll work with you and your family to build a plan for improving and maintaining your health, including everything from regular checkups, well baby and child pediatric care, to doctor visits for acute problems (such as injuries), to ongoing care for chronic problems (such as high blood pressure, diabetes and HIV/AIDS).

You’ll work with a care manager who will help you to schedule the type of care you need, whether medical, dental or mental health, or to refer you for other services. And our team will make sure you understand your lab results, medical diagnoses and medications.

Our commitment to your care is demonstrated in our patient satisfaction surveys, which show that more than 90% of our patients are satisfied with their care, would recommend us to a friend, and are able to get treatment when they need to.

All of our health centers are National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient-Centered Medical Home Level-3 Recognized and are New York Department of Health Article 28 licensed facilities.
