Kendrick D. Harris is a practicing attorney with the prestigious law firm of Bryant Rabbino LLP which is the largest WMBE owned transactional law firm in the nation. His primary area of interest is complex commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Harris provides advice to clients on a wide range of capital markets, finance and real estate transactional matters, including the issuance of debt, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing transactions, including public finance. Kendrick previously served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York and spent time at TDX Construction as a business manager. An adjunct professor of real estate development at New York University, Kendrick frequently lectures to high schools, colleges and other institutions, public and private, on topics such as affordable housing, leadership, military history and career planning. His early education at the Franklin Military High School and subsequent studies at New York University prepared him for the role of second lieutenant in the United States Air Force where he served both on active duty and the reserves in several leadership capacities.
